About the event
This course engages you in hands-on work with tools and concepts for people and evidence-based learning for social change. These apply to any sector where participation is key to good policy and practice. The course is dedicated to advancing professional capacities to design and facilitate authentic dialogue and sound inquiry among people committed to making a difference.
In a complex world, decision-making needs to be continuously informed by multiple perspectives, and particularly by the people most affected. This means learning to work "with" people and not "for" or "on" them. Engaging people and mobilizing evidence for informed action is a direct path to the development of better services, policies, programs and projects in any sector. A Certificate of Participation in the course launches you on the path to SAS2 Dialogue Instructor Certification. Joins us on this journey.
The 4 day agenda is organized into two separate modules that can be taken alone or in combination. Click here to see a detailed agenda. Registration will open early in the new year. Contact us sooner if you want to organize your own event for your organization: dbuckles(at)sas2.net.
