We address two common challenges in Monitoring and Evaluation: grounding findings in action, and supporting evaluative thinking by the people involved.  

 

This means that every evaluation requires a unique design for a particular purpose, using the right tools to answer the right questions, at the right time, at the right level of detail, with the right people, and for the right audience.
